Very relatable to the younger crowd.

I feel like this book is perfect for people like me. I am 22 and most of my friends are happy with living for the weekend and constantly having no money. I don't want to accept that as my reality through my earlier years and this book understands that perfectly.
Along with a free guide to house flipping, this book is full of exciting insights and potential avenues for making money. The thing that sets this book apart from the rest is that I don't have to count every penny and never go out. I Can enjoy my life while still building up my bank account.

Very good strategies for finding balance

This book hits it out of the park for me as a major believer in financial responsibility beginning in our early years. I don't understand why personal finance isn't taught in schools. Money is something we deal with on a daily basis, therefore having a solid foundation in how to handle money is essential. The ideas provided in this audio book are especially relevant for individuals just starting out in their jobs and potentially trying to pay off college debt.

Wow! This book taught me so much!

As a 20-year-old in college, this book perfectly addressed all my issues and presented solutions/strategies to eliminate my debt. I learned so much that I didn't know and I will definitely be applying what I have learned in my life. The book will be a valuable resource to anyone really but especially if you are in that 20-30 range, this book will help you out.

Good stuff, glad I found it

This is a basic, no nonsense guide. It does exactly what it says on the tin. I enjoy Lou's work and have been following him for sometime. This is a book I'll happily recommend to the younger set, my 20-something nieces and nephews need this book in their lives...however, even us "old dogs" can use a little reminder now and then to keep things moving and on track. A+ overall. Highly recommended.

Get a handle on your finances

I always thought I knew how to handle money until I found myself deep in debt and unable to meet my bills. That was the wakeup call I needed. I dug in, humbled myself, relied on family for a while and started slowly getting out of the financial hole I had dug myself into. I mostly had to work off obscure blog posts and tips from people around me. I wish I had a book like this. I would recommend this book for anyone who feels even a slight struggle when it comes to managing their money. The principles are timeless!
