okay

The audio was not good. Fast and slow which was distracting. Learned a little but could use some more.

The narrator is horrible

Sounds like a nasally congested cyborg with horrible timing and pauses. Hard to get past to get the info.

Terrible Narrator

The book has a great story and points. Biggest issue for me was the narrator. Absolutely terrible! At some point you can here the narrator cough. Another point he loses his focus and feels like he skips some lines!

I definitely recommend it.

I wondered if I would like to listen to therapy books, but after completing this one, I am grateful I chose it. In fact, I will be listening to it again. It felt like I was observing therapy sessions and the techniques came alive as I was listening rather than just reading. Great book and I definitely recommend it.

Refreshing Guide

In a world of today filled with so much egocentric and narcissistic behavior, this is a refreshing guide to ground ourselves back.

Don’t bother narration is awful!!

Unfortunately the narration is unacceptable and makes the book unlistenable, really disappointing. I suppose I should buy the book and read it but feel frustrated as I have just bought the audio!

Good stuff

Cannot emphasize enough the impact the book made in my "work between the ears." I'm actually going to listen to it again with the downloadable resources in front of me this time!

Mind-blowing

I have enjoyed this book very much. The concept of being dispassionate in your pursuit of the mission struck in surprise. I don’t quite understand it yet.
