It is a cookbook being read to you

This would be ideal for the deaf who can't read and see a cookbook. chapters aren't described so you will have to listen to a cookbook being read out aloud and wait for something to come up you want to cook. Listen to the ingredients and then how to make it, but can't skip to the next recipe, can't turn the page or scan through what you want to make.

This book tips overcome my expectations!

This audiobook has some great recipes and advice on it. I would like to learn another lesson with more on the science of low carbohydrate diets, but for cooking by itself, this is great.

You simply need a desire to start eating healthily, as well as to drastically cut carbs, sodium, sugars, and other unhealthy nutrients. Recipes are well described and easy to cook.

Recommend this cook book

This is the first cookbook in a long time that got me excited to cook again. I feel like with most cookbooks-- been there, done that. We've made a week's worth of meal from this cookbook, and I can't wait to keep cooking!
