The Mediterranean eating routine spotlights on a decent admission of products of the soil, relatively higher measure of fish than poultry and meat, lentils and beans, the most advantageous olive oil, and entire grains.

A good audiobook! Thanks! I need structure in my life and this audiobook does that! Or well for my eating habits at least! The recipes are of food you have heard of and can get from a local grocery store. I wish it had more recipes! But I love the breakdown!
