Publisher's Summary

Get The Eurynome Code box set, featuring all six books in the Amazon best-selling series. Like Firefly? Can't get enough Killjoys? Then this series is for you.

Karin Makos lives a lie. Genetically engineered from birth and raised in a scientific compound to gain unnatural powers, she has since escaped and built a new life hidden from those who created her. For her, the chance to pilot a small-time scrounging vessel to remote corners of space is the dream. After years on the run with her sister and enduring the constant paranoia of living planet-side, going off-radar gives her exactly what she wants: freedom.

In a single night, that dream is shattered.

A system-wide attack decimates humanity, and the few insubstantial clues they have point straight back into her past and the horrors it holds. Plagued by strange dreams of her sister and a sense of growing danger, Karin and the crew of the Nemina must race desperately across space to find their loved ones - and answers.

So starts The Eurynome Code, a fast-paced space opera in the same veins as Firefly, Killjoys, and Battlestar Galactica. Like strong, snarky leads, high-octane action, and twists that will keep you on the edge of your seat? Then this series is for you. Get all six books in this one omnibus!

Books included in the set:

Book One: Black Dawn
Book Two: Renegade

Feminazi SYFY psycho fantasy

Initially An interesting plot with genetically altered orphaned sisters trying to figure out their lives. Devolved into a psycho feminist dominant tale. All male characters are subservient metro sexual males or ego-maniacal bastards that are wiped away by emerging super power. “We have more men to kill” by Fem sexist characters”. Just try and have a male protagonist make a statement like “we have more women to torture and kill”.
Found I had to constantly backtrack the narration to follow the story.

Too much cussing!

I would have enjoyed this book if I didn’t have to mute it in front of the kids. I just couldn’t wait for it to be over.

The shallowness of the author is hard to ignore

I tried very hard to like this book, to listen to it, but it really grates after a while, a so-called science fiction book that is placed 1000 years into the future talking about things as if they are new, that would be 1000 years old. Plus the unnecessary language and perversion is a distraction. Really sad. Definitely do not recommend this book or series.

Ok story, But he kept losing interest

It was an OK story. And at times it got very interesting but it other times it got really boring and other times it was really confusing. And then they threw the F word in it so many times that it was annoying. A few times I thought about stop listening but I force myself to keep going even though I even took a three week break from listening. But all in all it was just an OK book and when it ended I was surprised that it was over becauseI didn’t really even hear the big fight seeing as it was only like eight paragraphs long. Very disappointing.

Garbage.

Most of the characters are flat pansies, but somehow keep surviving. The author throws in a crap ton of swearing thinking it makes the story better? Its cool? Suffered throughout most of it, but this garbage is too painful to finish.

Like the books,

But, i would like to have more than just a one person perfective all the time. 64 hours of the same person view on the world is a long time :-),

Otherworldly

This book is exciting. It leaves you wondering what next will the people get themselves into our out of. I have one thing that I do not like and that was the use of the F word to much and the writer didn’t seem to have any other explanations.

Confused

I wanted to like this book & author because I’m searching for new writers in this genre So many of the writers I’ve found so far write to few or to many in a series, and I was naive enough to think six was just right. I’m not an educated reviewer but I’ve read thousands of books in my life going from genre to genre depending on my mood & circumstances at the time this book was not as advertised or maybe I should say only a small part was. I would say this is more Horror set in space To much was left unexplained while things like buildings, offices were described in rambling boring unnecessary details The word concrete was used I don’t know how many times & maybe others will say this is nit picking but Really? Hundreds of years in the future (guessing) and Technology hasn’t come up with a replacement ??? I listened to the first 3 books & I have to admit I couldn’t finish, that really bothers me because I feel like someone put all their time & energy into a book wanting others to enjoy it and I wimped out, I can count the books on 1 hand that I started but didn’t finish usually I have to know the ending! I FF and read the epilogue ( stupid I know) and if it wasn’t for characters names I would have thought it was for another book! So I’m sorry but this isn’t a good series,it’s confusing ,repetitive ,misleading but mostly boring Andrea Emmes was the only good part…

Anticlimactic

65 hours seems like a bargain. The storyline certainly has potential, however I found it repetitive with constant recaps.. I did wonder if these recaps were for the authors benefit as they were not all at the beginning of a new book.. The line "and it all went dark" will haunt me forever.. It must be said at least 50 times. I do think this could have been around 20 hours less.
I was hoping these constant recaps and 60 plus hours was leading up to an explosive ending, but with less than an hour or so left it fizzled out.
I was Rather disappointed

even as a collection this is not worth a credit

voice recording is very poorly done, lots of midrange which in addition to the voice can be very difficult to listen to. voice acting is not great with little to distinguish between characters. don't waste a credit and avoid, not worth it even as a collection

Enjoyable listen

I enjoyed listening to the book series. The story plot was different from anything I have read before, as this isn't my typical genre, but most interesting and enjoyable.
The narration was very good with many different distinct voices.

Unusual

Whilst I occasionally found I was losing track of what character was talking and sometimes the 'Where and the When' the story was pleasingly unusual.

a thrilling rolercoaster of a sci fi story

what started off as what seemed like a sci fi survival horror soon twisted to become so much more, dipping into various sub genre's and myths.
a fun story made only better by the skill of the narrator.
65 hours well spent!

If you like Firefly, you will love this!

This was a really great story, I felt that the narration was well done with consistent voices for the characters, so you knew who was who straight away. The story was well done with the characters fleshed out and like in the tag line, if you were a fan of Firefly this is really up your street!
