Too adversarial

there is good information in this book, but the way it is presented creates the opposite tone from what I am trying to accomplish at our work site. Encourages people to think of their co-workers in terms of labels, often defined by negative traits instead of positive traits, and focuses heavily on thinking of their co-workers in judgmental ways. I could not finish it.

If you are a good person you don't need this book

Can summarize it with just "don't be a jerk". I'm a manager at software industry and I think this book was more intended to the retail industry. There are obvious advices like "don't pick on girls at job". Not relevant on post COVID era where most work is done remotely. Not worth it.

it lacks scientific research to support it: there's ideology and some things are mere opinions

Quite useful

A very practical manual. Covers a broad range of topics. In my view would have been more useful had it cover less and go a little deeper.
