I’m Walking Backwards For Goon Shows

As with Volume 13, don’t expect either comprehensive Goonery or a straightforward collection. This compendium does have more complete early Goon Shows, but the quality is very variable — some are very obviously sourced from off-air recordings, and restoration efforts only avail so much. Other than that, much of this collection is made up of documentaries, interviews, and miscellanies, including a BBC programme on the history of the show.

Unlike volume 13, however, this does not come with a PDF to provide information about the sources for the material (the extensive booklet for volume 13 does cover series 4, however.)

I enjoyed the compilation a great deal. Your mileage might vary, however.
