Best for "touchy-feely" startups in the US

Great content, but a good portion will only really shine if you're a fast growing startup on the west coast and are into having intermingled work and personal life. There's a large focus on discussing "feelings" etc, which will work great in that environment, but will be less effective in NYC, Europe, and especially Eastern Europe. Having worked in all of those areas, the further east you go, the more there is a desire to keep work and personal life separate, and more of an emphasis on professionalism rather than discussing feelings and emotions in the work environment.

The book is very suited for the Silicon Valley culture, so has a lot of value if that's where you are.

Great CEO

I have the framework to be a great CEO now and the lessons presented in this book was easy to follow along. I love how the chapters were broken down too, making it easy to absorb one lesson and jump to the next.
