Makes it so easy to meditate

A great way to start a day or finish off an evening. Love how easy it has become to meditate now. I make time for it every day and I can feel the different in my stress levels and can feel myself getting happier so I can't complain. Excellent!

I really enjoyed these meditations.

I really enjoyed these meditations. Being new to meditation, I didnt know what to expect. The narrator is very helpful in guiding you through the practice in a calm manner. Very worth it!
