There is also still some dispute as to whether or not Jagger is guilty. However, Jagger is hanged anyway, much to the delight of the town. Classic creepy episode. Unconvincing voice acting.
A classic episode. Full of that Twilight Zone creepiness.
Kate Jackson however is thoroughly unconvincing as a reader. She's narrating the story without any sense of real feelings. She's ACTING it - badly. As this is more or less a "inner monolog" episode, it detracts from my enjoying the story. She did another T Z episode (Queen of the Nile). Did the same thing there. I like her, but not as a narrator.
