Flaws outweigh the fear.
Starts out with a marginally racist feel to it.
As the story moves to New York, a too sudden change in Begley Jr's character confuses.
Acting is not to T Z usual standards. Conversations lines are delivered too fast (i. e. read, not acted).
Main characters inner thoughts monologuing is strained and not convincing. I usually like Ed Begley. Jr. But not in this episode.
As the frantic fear builds towards the end, the creepiness made me start to like the episode, in spite of myself. Too bad that the ending is a big "what the heck".
I'd give this one a miss.
