Extensive knowledge, good learning base

This book - and pdf (which can be found e.g. at the overview of purchased items on the audible website via the pc) contains a great lot of knowledge presented in a very nice way. The pdf is well structured and presents the content very nicely! It's a large file of more than 300 pages and whenever I'm in doubt, I turn to the file and search. Very helpfull.

Amazing resource

The Keto Diet by Leanne Vogel is an invaluable health and nutrition resource. It offers science based information as well as some of Leanne’s personal experiences with the keto diet. The supplement guide is extremely helpful and the recipes are delicious. Dana Stoutenburg narrates the book beautifully; I’m not sure Leanne and her team could have selected anyone better for the job.

Buy the kindle book instead!

The information is helpful but the reader's voice is not to my liking. I would like to skip to the pdf's instead of listen to her voice but I can't find them.

No PDF

Sad just started this so my review is premature but wanted to put this out there for others! The PDF of recipes (a main reason I purchased this book) did not appear in my Library. I'm very sad/upset.

for those that can not find the pdf file, while you are listening to the story at the top right corner there are three dots. click on them and about in the middle you will see " accompanied pdf file" not hard at all.

Excellent book

One of the best books on the practical implementation of keto I have read. She was an early and talented advocate, rather than a late-comer to the bandwagon. Her extensive experience with her many patients has improved her advice. I found her advice re carb-ups to be very useful, and she gives the best insights I have seen re keto with relatively high amounts of carbs. I suspect her insights are extra useful for women. The .pdf is excellent - the best keto recipes I have seen on Audible - to download it go back from the book page to your list of books in your Audible 'Library' page and download it from there.
