I love this book!

I love this book! It includes EVERYTHING you need to begin the Keto diet. You’ll find weekly meal plans, places for goal setting, measurements, shopping lists and amazing recipes. It’s a great way to get started and continue a keto lifestyle.

It was worth listen

After listening to it I personally would not take on this diet. I found the reading to be a little lengthy. However, I could see how helpful the depth of knowledge could be to someone attempting this diet. Overall, I have a better understanding of food and how it affects my body.

This is a really great book to start the keto diet. There is a lot of information. What I like best are the grocery list and also meal plans. I highly recommend it for a beginner or someone who might not know where to begin with keto.

This audible is one of the best!

I've listened probably all of the books on low carb/keto dieting and the sciences behind them. This is probably one of the best ones out there. Very easy to listen and covers the psychological aspect of dieting. If you're on the fence about the ketogenic diet, I'd say, listen to this book! It will help you make the decision to jump on board.
