Publisher's Summary

Claude Bristol's tough-minded, hard-hitting message remains as fresh and focused today as when it was first published, when the subconscious mind was less understood. Times have changed since the late '40s, but ambitions have not, and millions of Americans have drawn on the no-nonsense techniques described in The Magic of Believing to reach their dreams and achieve success.

POWERFUL BOOK!!!!

I loved hearing this audiobook. Long before THE SECRET came out, people were talking about the Magic of Believing and the creative power of creative visualization. I highly recommend this book if you want to use the power of your thoughts and feelings to change your life. I also recommend MANIFEST YOUR MILLIONS by Eddie Coronado.

This is a book I will read over and over in an attempt to memorize every word . Every kid in school should have this book available to them . I have seen this kind of thinking work.

Great book wasn’t crazy about the narrator’s almost robotic run on sentences presentation

This seems like the original writings of a very “new” and watered down topic that it’s become today. I feel authors like Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work elaborates on this type of book. It really is worth the read of you’re into changing your subconscious behaviors and diving a little deeper into the original art of manifesting. Unfortunately I found the narrator to not be so great his voice is almost robotic and hard on the ears are times...he also jumbles the sentences together like one gambit run on and lacks accentuating the delivery at times making it a little distracting to hearing the messages.

I BELIEVE this is a great read!

The author, in plain and simple language, has coveyed the raw power of faith and belief.

Perspective is everything.

Provides several examples/scientific research of the day, usually demanded by Western society, into the metaphysics that have been a foundation of "the occult" and native civilizations for centuries. The author marvels at the great spiritual fortitude of the American industrialist, James Hill "...who built a great railroad from nowhere to nowhere, in a great wilderness where no one lives." This was definitely written by a white man of his time...lol.

Fantastic book!

Great and interesting listen. Many topics expressed in the book are simple things we can use everyday to improve our well being. Horowitz kills it as a narrator 👍👍👍

Holds True

I am 45 and initially received this book when I was 16 from my Aunt. My beliefs were initiated by this book and I’m a firm believer. The words hold true, but you are the holder to make the magic happen. I am where I am today because of this book! Thank you Auntie Debbie and Thank You Claude for sharing your brilliant insight!

Don't waste your money

Mid 20th century crackpot theories. Everything in this book has been disproved in the past 50 years.
