Very Interesting Book

I really like this book and will recommend it to clients and friends. It is well laid out with explanations in the front about setting goals, healthy dietary principles, and basics you need to meal prep in the kitchen. The plans and recipes themselves are food that most people would find appealing with ingredients easily found in local grocery stores and not overly time consuming to prepare. The author includes batch prepping recipes as well which is a nice option.

Most Extensive Book

I have tried several of these recipes and they are very tasty and satisfying. The snacks recipesare the best in my opinion. If you are looking for long-term weight loss, the recipes in this book are very enjoyable and this method works! You don't feel like you are dieting, it is more like embracing a new way of living. With our busy lives, cooking once a week is definitely the way to go. Thanks, Julia, for making your meal planning available.

Great Advice

I am really impressed by this book. I've read a few books about meal prepping and especially as related to weight loss, and many of them are just so overly complicated that they overwhelm the reader at first glance. This book is different; it sorts of eases the reader into the idea of meal prepping. The recipes themselves are very basic, which is a good thing, especially if someone is totally new to meal-prep. There are no exotic ingredients or weird spices to be purchased. Five-plus stars for this book. If you want to try meal-prep with reasonable recipes that won't break the bank or your calorie budget, start right here.

Amazing Resource

I bought this book at the prefect time because I had been researching meal plans to aid in weight loss. My attempt at curbing the inevitable holiday weight gain that is sure to come soon.This book starts out by covering the basics. Fundamentals of clean eating, portion control, what to have in your kitchen, etc. Then it moves into the meal plans. I'm a big fan of meal prep because it makes my life so much easier. To that end, this book does not disappoint and in addition you a bit more than 130 recipes extra for you to swap or just to do it when you feel like.

Valuable Book

The author's approach to this to book is intended to help you create a healthy lifestyle that facilitates weight loss. If you can eat healthy 80% of the time, you will still be able to lose weight and enjoy treats the 20% of the time. Meal prepping is a powerful tool to help you reach that 80% because it creates consistency in your eating behavior.And that consistency leads to long term lifestyle changes.

Excellent Listen

I think we all know that cooking healthy meals at home is a key strategy for anyone trying to improve their health or lose weight. But figuring out how to do that consistently- that is what we all want to learn how to do.I think this is an especially useful meal prep book for a health-minded young professional or couple who is set on getting organized, eating more whole foods, reducing time cooking on busy weeknights and moving towards health and wellness goals.

One of The Best Book

I'm always on the lookout for meal prep guides and I really enjoyed this one. As a vegetarian, I had to make not many substitutions, which is always a plus and I liked the variety of recipes. I’d love that for each meal of the meal prep you have a recap table with the nutritional value.

Nice of Information
