Impactful

This book is a must-read for anyone over age 30, in my honest opinion…in fact much of what she talks about in regards to nutrition supporting your cycle I will begin teaching my 12yo about! This is stuff we as women all need to be empowered to take better care of our bodies!

Applying these simple changes that are doable have tremendously helped me in my journey of menopause, thyroid reset. I have more energy throughout the day than I use to. This will definitely stay with me for the rest of my life!

Not for the average woman

As I started listening to this book I was really feeling like it was going to help. However as I continued I realized this book is best suited for a the wealthy women. I looked into many of the things the author talked about and could not believe the prices. The Dutch test is $400. That’s just the start. The average woman could not afford or have access to many of the things the other talks about.

What a great book!

Dr Mindy does an excellent job at explaining what is happening on a hormonal level in a woman’s body as it is transitioning through menopause. She then maps out a variety of fasting options to help minimize unwanted symptoms of menopause. At times, I felt like she was describing exactly what I have been experiencing in my body. Very helpful and inspiring! Definitely worth reading.

Just OK

It was read with passion, positivity, and interesting concepts on how to approach menopause. However, menopause is not a one size fits all approach for women. While I appreciate the tips with respect to self-care and dietary suggestions, my personal physician has informed me that intermittent fasting does not work well for women with insulin resistance. Hence, one might want to consider addressing the suggestions herein with their personal physician to figure out best approach for menopause and all of the individual challenges it presents. Decent book.

Every Woman, please read this book!

This book is amazing! The information is so significant. It’s everything we all need to know to thrive. The principles applied, I believe, will eliminate or prevent most of the struggles women deal with. What a blessing that this was written. I am suggesting this to every woman I know, no matter what their age or health conditions. Thank you Dr. Mindy, from the bottom of my heart.

Every woman in her 40s needs to read this!

A comprehensive and holistic overview about how and why our bodies change through the years leading up to menopause. I love how the author brings us back to how our bodies were designed to be - primal & instinctive . And how our hormones are pivotal in maintaining and spreading the feminine energy of love and abundance, and how they control our bodies at each phase of life.
