Publisher's Summary

The New York Times best-selling author of The Plan is back to help listeners customize their diet and exercise less to lose more weight!

The Plan - the instant New York Times and USA Today best seller that helped listeners pinpoint which "healthy" foods were making them gain weight - has helped hundreds of thousands of people slim down. Now nutritionist Lyn-Genet Recitas shares her groundbreaking new 30-day program that helps listeners create a customized diet and exercise plan to boost their metabolism and burn more fat.

Listeners will discover why exercising less - as little as 12 minutes, three times a week! - can help them lose more weight; why "healthy" foods like oatmeal and salmon may be packing on the pounds, but French fries may not; and how to optimize their thyroid function. Featuring all-new recipes and backed by science, The Metabolism Plan is primed to revolutionize the diet shelf and help listeners shed weight for good.

Couldn't Even Finish this Book

Super complex system. I've read The Obesity Code, Keto-Clarity, The Calorie Myth, The Guide to Intermittent Fasting, The Big Fat Surprise, Bigger Leaner Stronger, Why We Get Fat and The Case Against Sugar. Do not recommend this book. I suggest The Calorie Myth and Why We Get Fat if you are reading this to lose weight.

It is more like a recipe book!

Doesn’t make sense to listen to it, but after listening I decided to buy it, so I can actually see the recipes!

Recipes?

Where are the recipes??!! You can't follow the plan if you don't have the recipes!! I'm glad I purchased with points or I would've called and complained. The PDF only has the menu! Not good!!
