This cookbook has great recipes

This cookbook has great recipes, like many others, but what makes it special is how it helps me plan for and prep the meals and shows just about everything I need to get into it! Undoubtedly, recipes are fully explained and so far I've liked most of the things I've made. I'm following the weight loss prep plan.

Nice cookbook

I downloaded this cookbook for a buck and discovered an amazingly user-friendly collection of recipes and notes. So many easy and tasty recipes, including lots and lots of non-meat recipes! Quick, using few ingredients, just like it promised; and not boring or bland. My copy is digital, but any hard copy would be quickly dog-eared and frayed by constant use.

I think this will save my relationship

I am deeply in love with someone who suffers from some of the painful feelings and situations outlined in this book. Through the course of our relationship, I have also found myself to have some of the same sufferings. This book will help us support each other and go into a positive support system rather than escalating disagreements and seriously wounding ourselves over and over again

This book offers a well-rounded overview of what experiencing this disorder is like to the sufferer and contains much-needed information for anyone dealing with BPD. The format of the book itself flowed seamlessly from chapter to chapter, and the accompaniment of anecdotal examples throughout made it easy to follow and understand. Best audiobook

It is working for me and I have tried everything. I sit at a desk all day and also have an autoimmune thyroid condition so I am shocked it is actually working for me. It is a great sane way to manage my food issues as well. I make an effort to combine it with being a little more mindful to manage my emotional eating and its working well.
