Inspiring and bereft

Listening to the book inspires me to learn more about the process. The book references figures and even an epilogue with resources for guided open focus without a PDF and the epilogue was not spoken. The narrator had a few out of sync pauses and was relatively monotone. The book did not have specific guidelines or principles to facilitate the process.

Everytime I would listen, I gained valuable insight on how to focus on my life. I hope more people find this book and allow themselves to live life instead of being balls of emotion and anxiety. I believe this book can help everyone to slow down and appreciate what is happening around them.
