Valuable listen

This is a great series of talks. It's an extensive overview of mindfulness from someone who has studied and observed it's effectiveness in professional practice. The Gratitude Journal understands the source of mindfulness but the narrative is always educational rather than religious. His tone is light-hearted, and clear-sighted how to declutter mind, Release Stress and Anxiety and Learn Positive Thinking. Everything is explained plainly from every perspective imaginable so that even the most sceptical listener must appreciate the value of these techniques.

Suggests plenty of practical ideas

The Gratitude Journal is passionate and sounds as though he really cares that we ‘get it’ whilst being reassuring if we don’t. It suggests plenty of practical and accessible ways of developing mindfulness. This is a superb foundation which can lead on to more esoteric guides and methods

Highly recommended!

yes- definitely It could improve a friend's quality of life; helping to deal with stress they are facing (and yes I have recommended this book to friends. It would be great if audible allowed single titles to be gifted. Or single titles to be bought without signing up for a monthly subscription, even if it is easy to cancel.

Fantastic

This is a really fantastic intro an insight into mindfulness in all kinds of areas of life. It is the very first audiobook that I have managed to finish listening to because my mind tends to wander out when I try to listen to audiobooks (!!) Yet somehow with this one I was completely engaged and I loved every minute of it. I'm sad that it's over and I might have to listen to some of it again. I realise I'm not really saying anything about the content, oops, sorry, if you have an interest in mindfulness and how it impacts and is helpful in every day life then you will not be disappointed in this book.

Awesome audible!

Whilst listening to the book I have had many insight into my own life and circumstance. This one helped me to declutter my mind filled with shits! Make me to think positive. Awesome audible!

Awesome!

Loved course examples are well put easy to follow but with practice get deep positive results as with any self work you face challenges in course to deeper understanding but work is worth while the excerise are ones I will keep working with and I will revisit lectures when I need a helping hand in my life.

I love this lectures, very entertaining but also informative. I wish all my uni prof was as attention grabing as this prof. loved it for helping me with anxiety.

It generates a new way of thinking and promotes happiness.The Mindfulness practices also at the end of the book are excellent to guide people with no previous experience.

Got comprehensive experience!!

This was my introduction to mindfulness and what and enjoyable and comprehensive experience it was. I'm so glad I listened to this in its entirety. I'm sure I will listen to it again and have already incorporated meditation into my daily routine.
