Best Book I've listened to in 2021.

I really like this audiobook. I was a very good non-professional cyclist ( max 162 miles in a day at an average pace on relatively flat land ) at one time. Now let me reframe that to the truth. I was better than the vast majority around me but few (say ten cyclist) were cyclist. Now if I honestly compared myself to my peers I was average. Now if I compared my self to Pros ( long range rides in mountains at faster speeds) I was weak. Very weak ! Who do you compare yourself to ? Are they the bes? What is the difference? I didn't have a true coach and didn't really push to my max with prefect performance all the time. This audiobook get your mind right without the ego and with a plan. This works in sports and business. Try it, you'll likely like it ! I did !

This is a pretty good content and it relates to most of the routines which we carry both physically as well as mentally . I’m sure on a regular basis when we practise this we can really become mental champions . Thank you so much for this wonderful content

The best book I've listened to.

I could not have expected to gain more insight from this audiobook than I did. I finished this audiobook with a transformed mindset regarding myself as an aspiring CrossFit Athlete and Weightlifter, as well as, as a soon to be Personal Trainer and Coach myself.
