We humans tend to worry needlessly about things that don't really matter. All of this worry causes you tons of stress. This book truly helped me!

I listened to this twice within a day and I highly plan on listening to it again and again. It truly opened my eyes to what I should really worry about and it hit a lot of raw areas in my life that I need to focus on. The narrator was perfect for this and kept me wanting to listen longer! Thank you so much! I really needed this in this point in my life!

"F*ck this book"

I know it's harsh, but I've never been so annoyed that I played a book a little too far to get a return. This book literally says F*ck self improvement, F*ck people that hurt you. All with no substance beyond "You don't need to be bothered by people that hurt you" and "You don't need to improve yourself, just be happy with what you have"

If you're looking for anything motivational, or something to actually help you have a better life look at Tony Robbins or Jim Rohn or Les Brown. This book contradicts itself by telling you to drop your aspirations while the author obviously pursues his aspirations by writing books on psychology.
