Great Read!
This book helped to increase my confidence as a novice real estate agent. The author highlighted points that really get overlooked in school, points that aren’t mentioned or talked about in training and the tough conversations and questions asked that may stump a new agent.
I do wish it were a little longer. I was hoping for more significant tips.

Basic information and good, healthy advise.
What makes the book different from other Estate agent sale manuals that the author explains a lot of issues from the view of the seller.
Most of the book is based on the US market only but I think it is still worth a listen if you practise in other countries.
