Fantastic book

I love the series and the mysteries that are uncovered. I especially like that the women don't change the way they react to everything because of the men in their lives. so many books start out with strong women who later become man dependent to do what they did before one came into their lives. well done Ann Charles.

Claire Is In Rare Form Along With Kate and Ronnie

These books are just so much fun to read. Sisters are a great team and get into more trouble than you can imagine. Kate is pregnant and her baby's father is Butch, owner of The Shaft. All three sisters work there to help out and lots of antics take place in The Shaft. The Morgan Sisters are notorious in jack Rabbit Junction and the deputy sheriff has it in for them. He can arrest them at the drop of a word by one of them, usually Kate is the one in trouble. The books is lots of fun and the narrator Lisa Larsen does a fabulous job injecting just enough sass for the sisters and grumpiness for the old men and sexiness for the young guys, Mac, Grady, and Butch, aka Valentine. Read them alll.

Fun!

This particular story was plain fun. It explored the budding relationships of the three Morgan sisters, expanded and concluded some of the other plot lines concerning the eyeballs. Finally, laid the ground work for further fun and adventure.

Fun book, but

the pinching, poking, slapping, etc. was overdone, boring and tiresome...the chaacters are supposed to adults, not elementary school brats
