This article contains medically cited references and advice from myself who is a licensed certified personal trainer. This book sprints ahead.

This is a very short piece of work. It focuses exclusively on what a runner's high. It tells you how you may get it without running, and what the process is in the brain that creates the euphoric feeling. He also discusses health implications, i.e. what it does to the body. The text is fairly straightforward and does not meander at all.

Franco really pairs well with the material and give's Clnger's material the workout it deserves.
