The results are incredible.

The author has shared a gold mine with this book and whilst I’d heard of fasting before I was able to use some of the suggestions to enable me to extend my fasting to 5 days. The results are incredible.

I will be an intermittent faster.

I’ve battled with type 2 diabetes for years and fasting has not only improved it but reversed it, meaning no more lifetime medication for me! I cannot believe my luck. I will be an intermittent faster for the rest of my life.
