Story just gets better

The pacing and story line continue to get better - I’m looking forward to the next book. I’m a little frustrated with the main character overthinking everything though. There’s no need for so much internal debate when we all know he can’t die. Other than that I really like this series, so I skip over the parts that irritate me.

Another fast paced instalment

It gallops along at a cracking pace, sword fights and battles coming thick and fast. The only little glitch, and it is a tiny one, is the mistake in Scottish geography. From Jura, to get to Orkney, you go north and then east.
