Excellent Understanding

Dr Brown does an excellent job of explaining in basic terminology how our Digestive System operates and how our intake of food does affect our body and its daily rhythm. I would have to say my main takeaway from this book has been an understanding how food radiation, sleep and exercise and Gliadin a component of Gluten have a strong affect on our body and its mental and physical state. The 7 Steps explained in this book are vital to our survival and make for a conscious healthy everyday life.
