My Mind Is Shifting

This book has helped me SO MUCH! I can’t thank you enough, Dr. Foster. It is way more than just an idea—there are plenty of practical exercises to actually do to help with the shift. Makes total sense. I’m no longer dreading the actual journey of weight loss again, but can embrace it. I’m a Lifetime WW member who has creeped up the scale and gained 18 lbs of my 43-lb loss. I was so depressed and disgusted that I let this happen. But now I will no longer be unhappy about it. This is a lifetime journey, and I can learn big lessons from it. Moving on….

Lifetime WW member - felt like a 5 hour workshop

I was really hoping for something new and exciting to jump start my journey after 18 months of being stagnant (thank you pandemic!). I honestly didn't hear anything in this book that I hadn't already heard in workshops over the past 5 years. I wanted to love it, but I just couldn't.

It’s More Than The Scale!

This book is foundational for beginning a weight loss journey! I would encourage all to start here. The author does an amazing job delivering the audio read of the book. Very practical and insightful!!
