Publisher's Summary

Unleash your Sigma male potential! Sigma is a man who doesn't need the approval of others. He does not like noise and is always calm and collected. Sigma males are too different from others to fit into any groups. The Sigmas do not belong to any tribe. They live on their own. These men do not care about other people's expectations. They break the rules, don't seek approval, and don't open up to everyone. They are leaders who remain humble and put their lifestyles first. Confident but not eager to be the center of attention, Sigma males attract women like a magnet. A veil of secrecy surrounds them, and this makes their image attractive. It's hard to ignore their intelligence and independence.

Anyone can develop the qualities of a Sigma male. However, no known Sigma was born this way - in most cases, there is a lot of work behind an attractive image, self-esteem, and inner strength. And if other Sigma males have spent their entire lives developing themselves, you have the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge right now in a compact form.

So what do you find inside?

  • How to stop being influenced by the opinions of others and build your inner rock of confidence
  • Most essential traits of Sigma males and what separates you today from actual Sigmas
  • Techniques for working through the three pillars of your personality: mental strength, physical appearance, needs, and emotions
  • Key tips on how Sigma behaves in relationships
  • Working techniques for flirting and conquering different types of girls
  • Sigma male lifestyle: what their routines, habits, thoughts, and actions look like
  • How to continue influencing others without being in the social hierarchy

By learning to be a Sigma man, you won't break yourself up or pretend to be another person. Instead, you will unleash your potential and finally get rid of the need to please others.

Weak

This was more of a self-help book than an informative depiction of what distinguishes a Sigma from the others. It’s also read with a cheesy 90’s type self help intonation. It wasn’t for me, but if you are an early 20’s guy with no idea who you are….have at it.

Pretty good

This is a decent introduction to the sigma male type. It is basic and concise. There are plenty of actionable ideas here.

It is my desire that the author will expound more on the ideas in this book. There is much more that could be said about and for the sigma male.

I hope other authors begin creating more content like this.

Missed the mark completely.

I was not able to enjoy this book in the slightest. Helpful Matthew sounded like some weird imitation of Lieutenant Data, making this book a slog to get through as opposed to any kind of enjoyable experience. Anytime I see a work associated with him, I will know to avoid the book.
