Nicely surprised

Great book

This is a great diet book for people who are new to the diet field and also for the ones who failed just too many times in the past, as I did.
I was already hopeless, but it seems that this book has put me on the right path, and more importantly, it seems sustainable long term!

Love it!

I would have never imagined that green juices can be so delicious and fill me up for such a long time. I don’t feel hungry for like 3-4 hours after my green juice. That’s amazing!

Helps to reduce weight
