I prefer this one over any other diet

I am in love with Sirtfood diet. My whole life, I have been a fan of red wine and dark chocolate, and finally, I found a sustainable lifestyle that allows me to keep what I love while still losing weight. Amazing!

Solved my friend's problems

My friend weighs about 250 pounds, and with the help of this book, he managed to lose almost 10 pounds in less than a week.
Seeing those results on him, I can’t wait to try it on myself, even though I am just a little overweight, but still, to lose those extra 2-3 pounds won’t do any harm.

Short story

About 2 months ago, I faced one of the most difficult moments in my life. I was weighing about 260 pounds. Since my teenage years, I have never weight that much, even during my pregnancy.
Anyway, firstly I started with KETO, did not work. Atkins- did not work. Intermittent fasting – was not sustainable, and finally, I am here – sirtfood.
And I hope that this is going to be my last stop. I already lost 3 pounds in less than a week, and I love the ingredients.

Nicely surprised

Great book

This is a great diet book for people who are new to the diet field and also for the ones who failed just too many times in the past, as I did.
I was already hopeless, but it seems that this book has put me on the right path, and more importantly, it seems sustainable long term!

Some instant changes

Don’t get it wrong, people, this is not a chocolate and wine diet, even though you can have some from time to time. This book will give you choices to decide how you want to eat and live according to your goals.

Great book

There is nothing special about this book— easy-to-understand and straightforward diet book that has a unique mechanism called sirtuins. The author does a really good job trying to convince his readers of the idea and benefits of eating the sirtfood diet.
