Nice but could be better

After reading "Women's secrets women's minds this book is not that robust. And I would prefer that the order of the topics was from little babies to toddlers, because in the order it had I got confused. though a nice brief book

You will sleep like a baby!

Great book for new parents for sure! I have lots of friends with newborn babies and all talk about the lack of sleep. Some can deal with it better than others. I'm definitely recommending this book to them because it shows a lot of different approaches to getting your baby to sleep. Not every child is the same obviously but this book will get parents a good starting point on how to sleep train their newborn and therefore get some sleep themselves!

AMAZING

I love this book. First of all, the methods that this book talks about are not just your standard "one size fits all" method. Lucy talks about how each baby and parent is different so the methods you use will be different. She then goes on to talk about the temperament of children and how to tell which temperament yours has. Long story short, this book helped save me from many sleepless nights. It literally changed my life and how I choose to sleep train my little one. if you haven't had a good night sleep in a while, buy this book. It will help you.

Very useful!

Well worth the read with valuable advice that will make you a happier parent and your baby a happier child. This audio could truly save you lots of extra sleep! This author laid out well researched information and put it together in a wonderful format - easy to follow and implement. It's full of useful and practical advice to help your baby. And definitely a book that will give you tons of "AH -HA" moments and probably even wondering where this book was at when you were trying to figure it out with the first child! Highly recommend this audio for new parents and also established parents that are about to add another addition. Lovely book!

finally a good book on sleep training!

I have 3 children under 4, and sleep training has been one of the hardest and most frustrating thing to tackle. I read most of the classic books on this topic, some strategies worked for one baby, but for our new born, it was a disaster. This book was a life saver. out baby has FINALLY started sleeping after a few days of using this book. I particularly enjoyed the chapter on clasic cradle curveballs. bottom line, I highly recommend this book!

Effective sleep solutions

Anyone dealing with a newborn will tell you the sleepless nights are the biggest challenge. It covers a myriad of sleep training techniques for all stages of child development, which is useful because a one-size-fits-all approach doesn't necessarily work as your child ages.

It's written in easy, reassuring language which makes you feel like you're doing your best as a parent. The accompanying PDF was useful as well.
