Story
Studies have shown that children who sleep peacefully develop positive traits such as concentration in classwork, self-control, and empathy, among others. Sleep is such an important part of a kid’s emotional and physical well-being, however it’s quite usual for kids to go through a phase where they have difficulty getting to sleep or staying asleep. Bedtime Meditations for Kids offers powerfully effective relaxation tips and techniques and is especially helpful for boosting your child’s restful sleep.

Dragons love tacos. They love chicken tacos, beef tacos, great big tacos, and teeny tiny tacos. So if you want to lure a bunch of dragons to your party, you should definitely serve tacos. Buckets and buckets of tacos. Unfortunately, where there are tacos, there is also salsa. And if a dragon accidentally eats spicy salsa...oh, boy. You're in red-hot trouble.

Awesome book, the logic here...a stroke of genius
This story puts my son to sleep in less than 15 minutes(great accomplishment over here 😂👌 hes 3), with other books my son gets wrapped up and will stay up for a 45 minute treehouse book!
It essentially just says the sleepiest words over and over. "Fall asleep" "yawn" "tired" and "sleepy" is in almost every (if not all) sentence. I love it, he loves to hear as far as he can make it...I almost never make it myself 😂
Very clever concept A++

Works every time so far
Each time I play this for my 2.5 year old I think it’s not going to work because he is extremely resistant to nap time and settling at bed time. So far he hasn’t stayed awake past the 30 minute mark even w his toddler tricks (more water, stroke my arm, I’m a carrot etc..)!

Puts me to sleep every time
I found this book when searching for meditations /stories to help 5yo sleep. It's worked every time, not instantly but 15-25mins in. Slow and hypnotic, repetitive too (but that's where it gets' you). Worth a try of you need help winding your LO down.
