Trading is considered to be one of the world’s most difficult professions because the competition is fierce. Some of the greatest trading minds will use every skill they have to increase their odds of success. It's a zero-sum game; someone has to lose in order for someone to win. The best way to mentally accept this fact and create a mindset to trade carefree is through acceptance and probabilities.

Very important package here
I am a day trader with about 1 year of experience. I doubled my account, and then lost 60 percent of it this past year. I am very grateful that someone took the time to write these books. The information is organized and delivered in a way that helps you remember it. This book goes in depth, and the entire 4 hours is very important information. My favorite part about it is the obvious analogies that pointed out my biggest problems. They really are so easy to miss when you get into a routine that absorbs your attention. New traders should have this package.

Under the radar trading psychology gems. Up there with “Trading in the Zone” by Mark Douglas as the best of the best. This book made me realize I was naturally talented in trading. For someone that selects winners often but allow doubts to “creep in”, it would be of massive help. The EFT methods are quite effective and has bolstered my trading technique. I find myself listening to the book daily and if I stumble on a decision I know where to go to bring me back from heading over the cliff.

You will know when you are ready for this book
This Trading Psychology Collection is not for the novice or wanna-be traders. You have to have put in the work and commitment, and have traded live money before a trader can fully appreciate the wisdom and sage information conveyed from this Collection.
I have own this Audio Book for years now and did not really get much out of it. In fact, I didn’t even remember owning it. Fast forward three to four years, a lot of studying and homework on charts, and, finally, being a breakeven trader that I now can truly appreciate L.R. Thomas’ depth and understanding of all of the psychological challenges a trader faces. I thought it was just me, but it really alleviates the pressure, guilt, and despair when she outlines all of the common psychological issues all traders face in becoming a consistent and profitable trader. For example, working harder may not equate to more profits, and in most cases, is the reason a trader gives back his/her profits or blows out their account. Like I said, the reason for a lot of trader self-sabotage is psychological and counter-intuitive. I was not able to understand that until further on my trading journey.

A must listen for a starting or experienced trader
I have been trading for almost 4 years, however, with quiet scattered success.
In my time as a trader, I have listened and read more than 50 trading books and I can confirm with absolute certainty that this book was one of the best ones if not the best one!
Short, sweet and right to the point!
Value wise it has given me the most any trading book has given me.
I am becoming more and more certain that psychology in trading is the biggest single thing to master!
I've listened to this book already twice and I am intending to listen 3rd time and make notes this time round!
Highly recommend it to any trader of any of experience!
It's a must read!

Great book if you want to lift your trading game
I have every book by LR Thomas and I really love the psychology aspect of this book in relation to using Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to help aspiring traders with various psychological blocks which may interfere with performance whilst trading. Mr Thomas really knows what he is talking about and once you have identified the problem, there is not much you can do to eliminate it except use a technique like EFT or you would have to see the appropriate professional. EFT can be done by yourself and coupled with affirmations such as "I am a profitable and disciplined trader" for example, can have you reaching for the stars as far as sorting the psychology. I am yet to read Mr Thomas' other books (Amazon) and I look forward to doing so. I will listen to this book a few times in case I missed a point. I highly recommend Mr Thomas' work.

Fantastic resource.
A real gem of a series that has practical and constructive exercises and ideas to implement to improve your mental game in trading.
Since reading it I'be become far more process focused and have removed a lot of fear in trading. Great read.
