Narration

There are two narrators-- one female, one male. please integrate their narration by having the female narrate female voices and make the male voices. It would make for are enjoyable audiobook. Otherwise, they a re good a nd made the book enjoyable.

All the Feels!

I absolutely loved this story. I laughed and cried, like ugly cried. A wonderful story about true love, forgiveness and hope.
Jacob Morgan is amazing and really brought so much emotion to his parts. This is my second book with Savannah Peachwood narrating and I have to say she did better than the last story I heard her narrate but Jacob Morgan really brought it home.

Dare and Billie

Audiobook Review: I never guessed how much I would enjoy dual narrators until I started listening to Melissa Foster’s audiobooks. She finds the narrators that is versatile enough to bring any characters to life. This book has children, teenagers, alpha men, and strong women and both Savannah Peachwood and Jacob Morgan do wonderful jobs sharing the emotions of the characters.

eBook Review: I devoured this book. Melissa Foster’s books are known for their steamy, sexy, sometimes pushy, always loving men. Dare Whiskey is all that and more. There was just something about him that pulled at my heart. I had tears in my eyes while reading this book. I felt Dare’s love for Billie. It hurt my heart how much he loves Billie. I knew that he would win her over, he had to.

Billie, she punishes herself for not loving enough and for loving too much. I love the way her family and friends circle around her without smothering her while offering her the support she needs to find the way to open her heart to Dare and to the rest of her life.

Everything in this book is wonderful. The beautiful setting of Redemption Ranch, the Whiskey family and friends, and the story of Billie and Dare. I love visiting my friends at Redemption Ranch, catching up with the characters I have met in other books Melissa Foster has written. I enjoy meeting new characters that I look forward to seeing again in future books of Melissa’s.

Healing and second chances

What a great book about healing and learning to live again. This book is about Dare and Billie but we also have their friend Eddie that has played an important part in their lives since his death. Billie blames herself and has shut down her daredevil ways and Dare Whiskey is determined to get her back to living again. The long friendship has more there and finally, they heal together.

Savannah Peachwood and Jacob Morgan and great as Billie and Dare and give this book all the emotion needed. It will pull at your heartstrings for sure. Great story, with great characters, and I, really loved it.

Wonderful romance!

What a fantastic audiobook! Melissa Foster's Whiskey series is by far my favorite of hers. The characters have a lot more grit to them.

This is the story of two dare devil best friends separated by a tragedy and then brought together to once again share themselves with each other was just incredible. It was a slow healing process for Dare and Billie to start recovering from the loss of their other best friend. Guilt plays a huge part, but nothing is going to destroy the love Dare has for her and he's willing to bring her back day by day. These two characters are as hot together as Dare's body covered with tattoos and as sweet as the Oreos Billie loves so much.

This story actually brought me to tears at times. The vulnerability of the big motorcycle riding guy for his girl took me down. A great emotional ride. The narration by Savannah Peachwood and Jacob Morgan made the characters seem all that more real.

I was gifted a copy of this audiobook. All thoughts are my own.

Wonderful!

Melissa is a pro at writing exciting, emotional stories. She had me on page one.
Dare, Eddie and Billie had been close since they were children. All three loved being overboard with everything they did growing up. She and Billie loved each other, but things changed when Eddie got killed. Billie felt it was all her fault because she didn't love Eddie. So things got twisted up. They both were running from their feelings.
Savanna Peachwood and Jacob Morgan are wonderful narrators! Jacob's little kid voices are so cute! He had me laughing and also crying just listening to him. They both dragged me into the story and it will stick with me.

Great start to this new series!

This is the first book of this spin off series and what a roller coaster of emotions this book evoked!

This is a friends to lovers read as Dare and Billie have been friends since they were six years old. Dare and Billie were fearless but also had another friend in their group - Eddie. Billie and Eddie ended up engaged until they weren't and then Eddie died while trying to perform a trick on his motorcycle.

Caught up in grief and guilt, Billie locked away her daredevil ways and turned into a shell of her former self. Unfortunately, Dare is left to watch this change in her until he can no longer take it and pushes her to come back to the living.

This pair was well written with chemistry that was off the charts. Their story was emotional and had a few twists along the way. Overall, this was a well written, emotional story that I enjoyed from start to finish. The narration performed by Savannah Peachwood and Jacob Morgan was performed well making the it an enjoyable listening experience as the pair did a great job bringing this story to life. I would also recommend this book to others.

Wow!!!

I LOVED this!! The Whiskeys have long since been a favourite read of Melissa Foster, but Dare is certainly the top of the list.

Billie and Devlin (Dare) along with their friend Eddie grew up together and did everything with each other, with friends and family nicknaming them Daredevils. As they grew up, Eddie became the camera man documenting Billie and Dare's many daredevil adventures until tragedy strikes and three become two. Billie struggles and finds the only way to cope is to shut down and everyone out, only Dare refuses to give up.

I find Melissa's books emotional, but this one really got me. It's beautifully written and hearing the narration brings a whole new level of emotion. After listening to this one, you'll want to go and visit with the other Whiskey and Wickeds.
