Publisher's Summary

One out of three women alive today, and one out of two men, will face a cancer diagnosis, according to the World Health Organization. Ty Bollinger takes this personally: in the course of a decade, he says, "I lost my entire family to cancer. I don't believe I had to lose them." The Truth about Cancer has been written for one simple reason: to share the knowledge we need to protect ourselves, treat ourselves, and in some cases save our lives or the lives of those we love.

Bollinger, whose October 2015 documentary miniseries The Truth about Cancer: A Global Quest has received over five million views to date, explains that there are many methods we can access to treat and prevent cancer - we just don't know about them. The book delves into the history of medicine - all the way back to Hippocrates's credo of "do no harm" - as well as up-to-the-minute research that proves the efficacy of dozens of advanced cancer treatments being used around the globe. Bollinger arms listeners with essential, sometimes startling information about:

  • The history and politics of cancer
  • The takeover of medical education by special interests and for-profit agendas
  • How some life-saving treatments have been kept from the public - and why
  • Treatment options that go well beyond chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery

"To us this is not a business, it's a mission," he explains. "We're on a mission to save the world."

If this is your first time hearing any of this information you will be amazed ,astonished and at the same time saying to yourself that your are suprised. Truth? Really?

Apart from some sensible advice on diet, exercise, and avoidance of stress, this book is a mishmash of western medicine-bashing and new age crystals nonsense. Author Bollinger uses sweeping generalizations and manipulation of statistics to brazenly advertise his business interests, and to persuade readers that he alone knows the truth about effective cancer treatment.

In a preliminary digression from his attack on the medical/pharmaceutical complex, he tosses a few grenades into vaccine protection, so that should tell you everything you need to know about his pitch.

Most alarming of all are the countless reviews that proclaim the truth of his shady claims.

The truth you need to know

We tend to believe what are believed by the most people and this is dangerous. I really enjoyed this book not only the numerous nutrition recommendations but also its philosophy of treat people as one unique organic that is able to heal itself with proper energy and nutrition. We should really focus our bodies when we need medical help.

Inspired, honest, well researched

As an Allopathic trained physician myself (M.D.), I couldn’t be more impressed with Ty’s research. This work is already responsible for leading more of his fellow men and women to REAL cures for “incurable” cancers than our (severely flawed) FDA-approved “standard” cancer treatments. I believe that God inspired Ty to write this book, and that the negative reviews are biased by inadequate knowledge of ALL of the facts. This IS truth. Please spread the word if you care about your family and fellow man as much as Ty & Charlene Bollinger!

Some accurate science and lots of fake science.

This book has titbits of truth, however the rants against structured medicine are countered with complete contradictions, at one chapter extolling the virtues of antioxidants and the next praising IV injections of oxidants??
Cursing chemotherapy and then listing side effects of alternatives?
No concrete statistics on outcomes only random positive outcomes?
It is always good to be informed about how non-scientists view medicine.

Excellent Even for General Health and Chronic Dis-ease

Great information about the pharmaceutical industry, alternative holistic health options and wonderful resources. This is a book everyone who wants to have more power in control of their health through means other than conventional, chemical-based medicine should read.

Everyone needs this information!

So happy to have found TTAC and their mission, info for every situation in health and removal of fear. My only change would be the narrator, I was looking forward to hearing Ty read the book now I'm so familiar with all his other works.

Very one sided

Some good advice in this book, however, there's strong biased vibes here. The author is very religious, thinks soy will kill you, and says plant protein isn't as good as meat protein - this has been proven wrong. Also the chapters aren't labellee and he jumps into each chapter with no pause. I agree alternative treatments to cancer should be used but he takes it to the extreme and completely ignores the science.

Enlightening & Informative Expose on Cancer Treatments

This is a must read for anyone, particularly if you or a loved one is suffering from any form of cancer. I only wish I had known about it 5 6 years ago, it may well have saved the life of my son who died from cancer 4 years ago in 2014 after a 2 year battle using radiation & chemotherapy, both of which did nothing but make his last year of life a misery. Congratulations on producing this book. The DVDS is a must see as well.
