If you want to make real gains in strength and build muscle, I'd recommend this, I know people want to build a ripped physique really quickly, but do some research first, lay the groundwork, and listen this audiobook for starters.

This audiobook is amazing. Easy to read. Full of lots of info, evidence behind diets and a plan. I ha lve been following the macro recommendation and the weight lifting programme wih minimal cardio for 5 weeks

Great performance

I have felt though that the way I was exercising wasn't helping the problem, this audiobook has confirmed it.
Doing less cardio, short workouts with only a couple of exercises and the huge breaks betwèen sets has ment I have had almost no excessive fatigue attacks post workout. I actually just feel like I have done a workout and have sore muscles like a normal person.

Very effective audiobook

Still working my way through the book but findinf it very helpfull.
I have fibromyalgia and for several years have found it hard/Impossible to exercise and be able to function in day to say life, mostly having to choose one or the other unless the fibro is having a break.

If you have man that has bought the mens version of this audiobook this is almost exactly the same audiobook for woman word for word even down to the macros
