Excellent book for beginners.

Excellent book for beginners who want to start the ketogenic way of eating and also a good book for who are already keto but need some new recipes. The book was full of good information explaining the science behind the ketogenic way of eating compared to other diets. The few recipes I tried were easy to make and very good.

Helpful and informative audiobook.

This audiobook covers the basic of what the diet is and benefits. How to get started is helpful but a lot of the information is repeated throughout the book. Very few recipes and a 7-day menu plan lists items that are not included in the recipes. Only 105 pages. Overall that helpful.

I liked the idea of the Mediterranean diet.

I liked the idea of the Mediterranean diet....especially from past holidays where there was an abundance of fresh fruit and vegetables and simple recipes. The audiobook didn't disappoint in that respect.....excellent recipes easy to follow and also a detailed description of the diet.

This audiobook was totally staggering.

This audiobook was totally staggering; I obtained the Kindle structure and had the alternative to listen to it normally during my work drive. I especially loved the delightful way the book delivers express districts to help make discipline and after each segment, the author overviews the essential take-influences. As a rule, HIGHLY recommended in the event that you have issues with patience.

Enjoy eating.

For anybody interested in the Keto diet, this is the one and only book I'd recommend. It's beautiful, informative, sensical, well organized and provides a clear path to understanding your body and the miracle of ketosis. For me, it seems like it provided an escape to normality. I've been relieved of the stress of dieting. I no longer count calories, never feel deprived, never eat crappy food and am losing excess weight. I think I've actually discovered a more natural lifestyle that I can do for the rest of my life.

The Keto way of eating is an amazing way to get healthy, lose weight and stop feeling like you are a slave to food. She helps you tailor the diet to your needs, hormonally, exercise wise , size, goals etc... It turns out there are many ways to be in ketosis.

Even though book lacked many recipe.

Even though book lacked many recipe, it provided easy to follow recipes. The author was informative and had a strong knowledge on Keto. I loved the many substitutions for recipes and ways to cook the meals.
