Stop overthinking.
I feel this book made me look at my problems in a different way. Tackling the main issue of OVERTHINKING was the key which then unlocked my anxiety and panic and MOSTLY (not completely) made it go away.

The advice was actually practical!
The biggest difference between this book and other books I have tried on panic and anxiety, is the advice given here is actually practical and realistic. I hope that makes sense! Some books, well, the advice is so "out there", its not really practical for a normal person with a normal life and limited time. This book was practical yet powerful there I am happy to give it full marks

Overcome anxiety
The second half of the book is definitely better than the first half - not that the first half was bad, it was just the main practical advice is in the second half. Seeing very good results and although my anxiety has not gone completely, it is definitely better than it was.

Anxiety is a curse
Anxiety is a curse. Do something about it. This book was mostly very successful for me (the first method didn't help me at all if I am being honest) so its 9.9 out of 10 from me.

My advice is this - give the advice time to work. For a lot of people the methods seems to work immediately. For me it took a while longer. What a powerful and much needed book for the crazy world we live in today.

Good information which was very well laid out therefore easy to follow, however I would recommend you listen to it twice as it took that for me in order to really get the methods and make them work in my own life to defeat my anxiety.

I don't usually leave reviews...
I don't usually write reviews but I felt compelled to this time, mostly to say a huge THANK YOU to the author for, literally, changing my life.
Panic and anxiety are horrible horrible things and I really did think they were with me for life, until I listened to this book.
Am I 100% cured? No. But I am getting there and I am now doing things I thought were impossibly only a month ago.
This may sound cheesy and cliched, but I really do feel I have a new lease on life. Everything has changed.
