Brilliant!

This is such an excellent book! Whether you are an athlete or not, I genuinely believe everyone should listen to this. It is incredibly empowering and will help you become the person you are destined to be. I would listen to this every day to maintain your self-esteem, willpower, and mental and physical stamina. If I haven't made it clear enough, I would highly recommend listening to this!

Excellent exercises for motivation

By reading this book, you can develop a mentally tough mindset and attitude. Achieving success requires facing challenges. You should read this book if your confidence is affecting your performance in any field, and it is affecting your confidence level. Anyone interested in improving their mindset would benefit from reading this book, as it provides some really useful advice on how to build self-confidence and self-belief. Worth listening.

Don't Be Average

I’m an advocate of constantly pushing myself physically to maintain mental toughness in my business and everyday life, and was always of the belief that mental strength is key to overcoming many physical limitations. so this book speaks my language. It has given me many tools to develop mental toughness through various exercises and theories. This was one of my favourite quotes- ‘’When there’s no challenge in life, its colourless’’. Highly recommended if you are in pursuit of personal greatness.

Winning strategies to get ahead

Another great audiobook to add to your collection. Think Like A Champion is chock full of useful, helpful, proven techniques to build on your mental strength and capacity to get ahead in your daily life. Hard to pick the best chapter, but chapter 8 stands out for me "Trust the Process". Veering off course can hamper your progress but as this chapter outlines, like most things in life, sticking to the course/process will ultimately get you to your goal(s) faster. I recommend this audiobook!

Highly recommended!

Informative and Insightful!

The audiobook is informative and insightful. It provides insighful exercises to build inner mental strength that helps build capacity and toughness. The book is clear and well narrtaed. The book encourages and provides tips for mental toughness to be on top of the game which can be applied to toughness on personal life to help perform well, to face challenges and gives better ways to challenge challenges. The author provides his personal story which shows the support and motivation he had to help teach others and the lesson gained which helped him to persevere to give others and help them to stay motivated and develp mental toughness.

Wonderful Extremely Encouraging!

I am a Champion

For anyone (like me) who get anxieties, this is a great audiobook to help make you mor resilient and really strengthen you mind. There are some really great advice on building self belief and confidence which is what is all stems from, this is definatly a motivational book I would highly recommend if you want to improve your mindset.

Great asset!

This book is a great resource to have to go back and listen to whenever you need it!
The author has given great advice and tips on building and developing mental toughness, building self belief and confidence, and the one I liked, getting over setbacks and much more.

I like the fact the author likened/compared everything to how athletes handle and overcome setbacks and challenges and develop skills to become mentally strong to keep going forward.

It is really important to focus on today rather than yesterday or tomorrow!!

Must Read for ALL athletes!

Powerful motivational book suitable for everyone particularly athletes. The right mindset is imperative in everything in life and winning is more than bringing home a trophy, it all starts with sports psychology.
