Good book Thyroid Healing

For years I have struggled with all kinds of unexplained symptoms. I have been to just about every kind of doctor or practitioner, but no one had a definitive answer about what was causing my symptoms. Now not only do I know what the cause is (which is a relief in itself), but I know how to heal. I have already begun the treatment plan and I can see a definite improvement. It’s going to take time, but I am finally confident that I will be healthy again.

Good Info But Poor Energy & Repetative

The book does have good info but the narrator seems to have no energy or interest in the subject. She even says “Jesus” in an exasperated tone (clearly not knowing the mic was still on) at the end of the Lifestyles chapter.
There is also a great deal of repetition regarding some of the very basic stuff that leaves the listener feeling like we are believed to be so stupid we can’t remember where the thyroid is or what it looks like after the 10th time telling us.
I’ve enjoyed the book in spite of these things but had to drink 64 oz of coffee to get through it.

A must listen for anyone experiencing Hashimoto's

I truly like this current Hashimoto's Prоtосоl audio book. furthermore, this audio book instructs that you just shouldn't concede the past and furthermore the future and you might want to concentrate on this minute, that in itself is that the surest gratitude to being upbeat. Encyclopedic, several very useful protocols

This book gets straight to the point. "do this" "test this", for several conditions, not just hashimotos. Heavy metal poisoning, even gum infections. it also gives specific dosages of herbs and vitamin supplements. awesome resource .I need to spend more time with this book, but the author is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Hashimoto's. It is the perfect starting point for beginners in autoimmunity. There are things in food suggestions that I would prefer more details.

Lots of good information contained in the book. Very comprehensive. Would recommend to anyone who needs more information than your doctor has given. Great help for Hashimoto sufferers like me! This book, however, was different. It is described so much differently in a way that is easy for the regular person - who didn't attend 7 years at medical school - to understand. I felt it outlined certain aspects in a clear concise manner, and gives clear examples of each point being made.

This is an amazing audiobook Thyroid Healing

Beginning with simple definitions and a quiz to help identify possible thyroid problems, this book walked me (a total novice) through the science behind my thyroid, suggested meal plans and even recipes designed to maximize my thyroid health. With so much information to convey, the audible format helps to break it into manageable sections and the recipes are easy and doable

Excellent, detailed and thorough information!

As a person born with a thyroid issue and have studied foods for years, I recently became certified In Ayurveda to understand more. This book further supports the needs to change our diet to feel our best. I especially appreciate the detailed food list as to why we need to avoid certain foods. There is so much sense in this. I have hypothyroidism and have struggled with every single thing mentioned in the book. You never realize how all of it is linked together until someone makes sense of it all to you. Ayurveda is the most sensible approach to health I have seen.

Informative and effective guide

I must say, that one of the very first things that struck me in this book, is that they clearly explained the symptoms of hyperthyroidism which gave me a good idea on what I should look for in my on daily life. The Thyroid Diet Plan explains thyroid disease in a simple, easy to understand manner, and also provides a 30-day meal plan that is both affordable and accommodates a variety of lifestyles.

Such A Fabulous Audio-Book

An excellent feature of this book are the chapters filled with recipes that utilize the foods recommended for the thyroid; even people without thyroid issues will find these recipes tempting to say the least. I would recommend this book for every cook's kitchen. It is excellent! There are good descriptions of the types of foods we consume and their impact on this important gland; thus influencing its function. It provides excellent detail on how the right diet can trigger the thyroid to function at its best.

This is absolutely the best one

The author painstakingly describes many of the symptoms of thyroid disease, the dietary and environmental factors that may cause them and goes on to detail the various treatment options available. The author proceeds to lay out a sensible diet and exercise plan to get one's metabolism under control which is the key to helping those suffering from thyroid deficiencies to live healthier and happier lives.

I am extremely happy to listen to this book.

This is a great introductory book for anyone who is coming to terms with thyroid problems. The introduction section gives a simple but complete explanation of how the thyroid works, and why some people have trouble with their thyroid. I appreciated the clear description of all the hormones and chemicals involved in my thyroid - I've never understood my body so well!
