No good advice.

This book gives no insight to sleep training a toddler that co-sleeps. The whole first half is about babies and infants.

5 stars

I have only listened to a couple of sections so far and had the book less than a week but am already seeing improvements in my 16-month-olds sleep! Love that there are multiple options/suggestions not fits all viewpoints. Also, it doesn't make you feel bad about your current sleep situation.

Awesome

The great thing about this book is it really good through plans for all different types of sleeping methods from co-sleeping, to half the night with parents and half the night on your own, to all night in your own room, etc. It is a book that can help every type of family. Without tears.

This is a great book.

We have always had some issue or another with my 3-year-old daughter's sleep and desperately I started doing some research and got this wonderful book. If you are looking for a Toddler Sleep Training method, this is a great book.

I’m so thankful

The author is both incredibly encouraging and realistic - no tears is the ENDGAME, it won’t always be the path. But minimizing tears on the journey to good sleep is possible, and she shows you how. I thought we’d never see the back of our nap time sleep issues, but FINALLY, my son will nap in his crib after putting into place a structure based on this book!!! I’m so thankful— and now I need a margarita. 😅

Toddler Sleep Training

We bought this book and it helped un-do the damage of sleep training. We now all sleep better most nights. And although our little boy still fights sleep sometimes, he now sleeps the whole night--a full 11-12 hours.

wonderful

This book is full of wonderful advice on every aspect of sleep for toddlers. It's very much in line with our style of parenting. Before buying this book, our toddler was fighting going to sleep for 1.5 to 2 hours a night. We hired a sleep consultant who gave us a sleep plan, which was basically "cry it out" and it made things monumentally worse.

GOOD BOOK

The program was intended to be completed in the first weeks of life, with developmentally suitable tasks for every few months. We nevermore did figure out how we were thought to implement her system when starting from behind, so we just winged it using her means, the tools ended up being effective. For the next kid, we will work from the beginning!

This audiobook has been truly valuable

This audiobook has been truly valuable. Unlike many other sleep books I've learned, this one gives you opinions on HOW to get your sleep goals achieved, not only what your goals should be. It also covers many ages into school-aged children which have been essential for my older guy as well.

Great book!

This method also will work in combination with other methods, so it's not necessary to do exactly as she says and only what she says. She helps you to develop your ability and connect her ways with any other method you'd like to do.

Fabulous

This book has provided a totally new frame of reference for our family. My sixteen-month-old is our first, and he has been a rockstar sleeper at night, but nap time has always been an issue... and what was finicky but doable got even worse with an extended season of teething, visits from out of town family, and sickness.

Easy to follow

This method truly worked for us and I like how the audiobook is written - fascinating basic guidelines in the beginning, and then you can skip to the part for your kids' age.

GOOD BOOK

The process is not for everyone, and Meryl Kaufman it. The method has more possibilities of working if you stick to it, as uncomfortable as it is for the first night.

Getting Your Children to Fall Asleep Fast

The audiobook itself worked very well for our 1 year old. She slept in her cot in her room for the first time from day 1 of training. This is not a wonder fix, you have to work at it and commit. The knowledge and information improved ease our anxiety too as you can understand why and how these methods help.
