Publisher's Summary

Are you having difficulties living with your partner, but you feel you can not make it without him?

Do you constantly live with negative emotions such as anger, hate, fear, and anxiety because you feel stuck in a situation you cannot get out of?

Are you interested in eliminating negativity both towards yourself and towards the relationship with your partner?

If the answer is yes, keep on reading....

Trauma bonding is a powerful and challenging bond to break.

Imagine that the basis of your relationship is not love and respect but real emotional blackmail.

The partner forces you to stay because, otherwise, something severe could happen: but you, in the meantime, in this relationship, disappear!

Your needs become useless, opportunities to be yourself vanish, and you feel increasingly emptied of energies, both physically and emotionally.

If you're afraid that it's happening to you too to have a toxic relationship, much precious information reveals how your relationship is based on trauma in this guide.

A relationship in which you're afraid to talk, be yourself, and even be scared to leave is not a healthy relationship.

True love is based on respect, not blackmail!

In this guide, you will discover:

  • What trauma bonding is: signs, characteristics, and causes
  • How to detox and heal after a trauma bond to help you conquer the stress, anxiety; fear from the traumatic bonds and live in the here and now
  • How to clearly treat PTSD and possible ways of it helping the abused
  • A specific section of trauma-bonding Q&As, and case-studies...
  • And much more!

It isn't easy, but it's totally possible to heal from trauma bonding - or at least to manage it. In this guide, you will find all the information you need to overcome it once for all, and finally live the life you deserve.

If you find yourself stuck in a toxic relationship, these practical steps will help you heal from a trauma bond, and finally let go of the narcissist forever. The heartbreak is painful, but the healing is natural.

Each short story contains several useful ideas

The author incorporates some mindfulness. In the examples given, I felt like my own concerns were heard and addressed without judgment. The author gives concrete advice on how to not only help the listeners’ relationships in a healthier way - but also how to build self-esteem and self-love in general.

Easy listen with good tips and skills.

The most important tool I took from this audiobook is identifying my issues and working on a different perspective. Haven’t finished yet, but so far it has been a beautiful awakening that I very much needed. Simple tools make it easy to apply the ideas in this audiobook that is sure to change your life. This is the work of a communications master with a clever touch.

This audio book contains some best information

I was pleasantly surprised at the completeness of the ideas in the audiobook. It starts essentially by addressing one's self, which is critical and convinces me that this is well worth the time. This is a much needed addition to the library of anyone who has relationships. If there is one thing that undermines all of our relationships, it is poor or lack of communication.

Very informative and useful.

This book came through one of my best friends. We are both survivors of Narcissistic relationships with men with narcissistic personality disorder. I’m on a healing journey and this book provided some answers.Really great book that goes through an extensive exploration of what a narcissist is, how they operate and tools to heal from their abuse, and how to grow from your experience and continue on your healing journey.

This audio book is amazing.

I know a woman very close to me who displays these certain traits that relate to PTSD because she was involved with a narcissist and also had a very very hard upbringing. Disassociation from father and mother, not because she wanted to but because they left her as a baby to be raised by her grandmother. I also found several traits and characteristics in there of myself but we are similar in some ways but not entirely the same and I guess that is why we get along so well. I would recommend this book to anyone just for discovering oneself all learning about someone else.

I highly recommend this book

I was in a long term relationship with a narcissist, maybe a sociopath. This book talks about narcissists, sociopaths, and psychopaths. It doesn't focus on telling the difference but rather how to recognize the abuse and how to get out. It's a great overview if you currently don't know much on the subject. I listen this as my second book on narcissistic abuse and have recommended it to everyone that is in or just got out of an emotionally abusive relationship. It's a great starting place.

Great Advice

I finally found the answer. All makes sense now. Eureka! Now I just need to cut all ties and heal and love myself. This makes complete sense to me because I have been separated for two years now going on three. I just feel like what is going on with me . Thank you for explaining this. This book was extremely informative and helpful. It helped me to understand what I had been going through and why I allowed it to happen. The book not only gives you that understanding, but also give you exercises and tools to get away or move on from the toxic person. I would highly recommend this book, even if it is damage from a past relationship.

Amazing!

It’s an interesting perspective on how we can help to heal ourselves by understanding how our very basic brain functioning was affected by trauma at a young age, how the mind dissociates in order to protect itself, but then later on problems ensue. This book is a must-listen for every person, and especially every therapist. I took notes the whole way through because the research and topics are so compelling. I've already gone back to my notes to help explain some of the content to friends and family.

Good one book

Great book for anyone wanting to understand the inner workings of the narcissist as well as a profoundly supportive perspective for survivors of this abuse. As a victim of this kind of abuse I really appreciated how she helped me take my power back, ignore and even transcend victim shaming, while regaining my power step by step. I’m very grateful for this book. It will remain in my library as a resource for years.
