This is an excellent book!

This is an excellent book for anyone having any kind of sleep issues fitted dresses all the problems you could come across would highly recommend this to anybody.

Surprisingly helpful

Loved this! Didnt know what to expect but i am pleasantly surprised. I’d have given the story 5 stars but i’ve never heard the whole thing🤷🏽‍♀️ Ive cut back on my sleep meds. Been struggling & the pandemic took it to another level...since i started listening, i wake up feeling lighter & more positive.

Great information. You can find this information for free on the web but he has compiled it all for you. If you have sleep issues like I do, great investment in time and money. My sleep has already improved as a result of following the book's suggestions.
