Just call it your Food Bible

This book has so much helpful info! I was a macro counter prior to buying this book but now I have a much better understanding and… I know my macro type. :D

Actual reliable information without the fluff

This book actually gives you all the answers and information you need to determine what works best for you and your body type. Not some long winded version of an infomercial that’s just pushing a product. In addition to all the quality, science based information she provides a ton of great recipes. The accompanying PDF is a great resource too if you want to get right to the info.

I’ve been learning about nutrition and fitness for the last few years and all the information is overwhelming. This puts most of all the info I’ve heard over the years into perspective to understand which approach applies to me personally. So glad I found it!

Excellent for the macro novice

After being told by many of my trainer friends that counting macros is the way to go I’ve finally jumped on board through Christine’s excellent explanation and scientific background she has towards this subject through research and training over 40K people. I’m excited to put to use this valuable information! Her voice is also pleasant to listen to and very articulate in explaining complicated matter. Thanks Christine!

Finally a book based on my body!

Another reviewer mentioned reviews were "encouraged" by her team. I have followed Christine's plans for 5 years, and when I stick to the plan, I lose weight very quickly. This is my honest review without "encouragement." For years, I practiced very low carb plans, because the media, celebrities and others made me feel that carbs were "bad." I even did Keto and actually hated it. Listening to this book and figuring out my macro type made me realize that I didn't need to be on super low carbs. It finally gave me the "permission" to eat the carbs! Christine is incredibly knowledgeable and is a scientist. Many "diet" books are written by people that are not qualified to do so or they follow the fad diets. Christine takes a healthy and scientific approach. I also appreciate the positive body image she promotes for herself and her clients. She is not trying to make everyone stick thin, but instead the healthiest version of themselves. If you are looking for a way to shift from a diet mentality to one of a healthy lifestyle for what works for your body, then this is a great book for you.

On a side note, I have had no issues with customer service, and whenever I have needed help, they were there. I also don't believe it's fair to review the quality of a book on customer service of a company.

Great information! Get the book now!

Honestly, at first I was hesitant to buy this book because I've been following Christine for years. I thought, what could she possibly teach me in this book that I haven't heard from her or others before? Well, let me just say, I was impressed. She really dialed in on details to help you understand not only what your personal macros should be but WHY? Why not All body types can follow the same diet or exercise routine. She then gives you examples to get you started on your journey or you can get one of her plans. I was motivated enough to understand my macros and body type that it has given me the boost to start my fitness Journey. Christine, thank you for leaving all the fluff out and getting right into the science. This is the type of book you will always go back to for a little refresher.
