Good listen

Great information,although vague. The reader couldn’t pronounce most medical terminology which was annoying. But still enjoyable if you’re patient.

Waste of time

This entire book could have been a 5 minute YouTube video. Also. the narrator doesn't even have a basic knowledge of medical terminology.

Very helpful

I found it really helpful though some of it I already knew it did give me a few things to help me with toning my vagal nerves.

I liked the voice and tempo of the reader but like I hers I was annoyed with his mispronunciations which were pretty bad. Overall I recommend this book.

A Brilliant Book

The exercises in this book are fantastic. I'm doing them daily and am noticing an improvement in a variety of symptoms, including reduced anxiety levels and increased ease of social interaction.
