What the heck?!?

I was excited to listen to this book based on the enormous number of 5-star ratings. I was incredibly disappointed. This book sounds like it was written in another language and then translated with an automated translator such as Google Translate. This book is full of imprecise vocabulary, and grammatically incorrect sentences that distract and "muddy" the message of the book. These issues made it very difficult to focus on the content and message the author was trying to convey. I eventually gave up on the book. I do not recommend the purchase of this book... save your credits for a better-written book than this one.

Fairytale brought to life

This is incredibly enlightening, it's spoken in simple to understand language. The exercises work incredibly well. I have have already tried on myself and then on clients who have ADHD and Asperger's, they reported feeling calm for first time in a long time. I highly recommend this

Screen Reader sound

Good info but very bad listen. It sounds like a screen reader which is an option for any book. Not why you purchase an audible book. :(

Save your credits

The narration sounds like a robot. The material is technical, not for laymen. If you read the reviews, you can see there’s definitely shenanigans—lots of reviews with nearly the same wording.

Has verve and amusement value

Before listening the book, I didn't know much but after listening it I learned a lot. This book is beautifully created! Absolutely perfect for starters. The layout and organization is well thought out and so much knowledge is shared in a very easy to digest manner.

I am grateful.

I really enjoy this book. It is simple, common sense, and easy to listen and follow. I'm putting all my hope on these techniques. Even though I just finished, I saw myself practicing some strategies while I was still listening.
