strange idiom

The writing is beyond bad. The writer has apparently cut and pasted medically current information and joined them with strange uses of the English language. Sometimes I don't know what he's saying because of incorrect use and grammatical errors.

The info seems to be good, but my confidence is shaken to the point where I need anotherr opinion on the subject matter itself.

I appreciate author efforts in this audible

I now use "VEGUS NERVE" several times a day with very apparent positive effects to reduce overall tension. Other exercises described in the audio book are very helpful as well.

Horrendous

Although the subject is of value the reading is horrendous.. It sounds like a computer is reading it.. It is very annoying in a very sort space of time.. I simply couldn't listen any more which is a shame as I really need to find out more about the subject of the book! I didn't get past the introduction!!
