Publisher's Summary

If you have tried everything imaginable but have never been able to activate the healing power of your vagus nerve, this could be one of the most important books you have listened to in recent years.

Are you interested in discovering the extraordinary benefits associated with your vagus nerve?

Are you a resourceful, determined individual but still find it hard to conquer anxiety and ignite the natural healing power of your own body?

The vagus nerve is the longest, most complex of all the 12 pairs of cranial nerves emanating from the brain! Obviously, owing to its size and complexity, you can bet that its responsibilities are just as many. For example, it is responsible for carrying messages to and from the heart, brain, digestive system, various organs, and muscles. It is responsible for the parasympathetic nervous system and oversees many critical body functions, including communicating motor as well as sensory impulses to every body organ.

Vagus Nerve is written to help you discover and activate the enormous healing powers of your vagus nerve. This step-by-step playbook reveals how ordinary people from all walks of life can easily overcome anxiety and lead fuller, more satisfying lives by exercising their vagus nerves.

A lot of groundbreaking studies have discovered that stimulating the vagus nerve can help reduce inflammation, boost memory, and promote better mental health. However, as more people are embracing this lifestyle, there are lots of wrong information or misinformation out there.

Don't wait until you require electrical stimulation of your vagus nerve in a hospital to receive the benefits that come with a healthy and optimally functioning vagus nerve! Start taking action to activate and stimulate it to bring about the much-needed health!

What you'll discover inside this book:

  • How to turn your body into a natural healing machine by leveraging the power your vagus nerve
  • The surprising secrets of the vagus nerve only a few people truly know

Don’t waste a credit

Read. By. A. Robot. Waze has better narration than this. I’m sure it irritated my vagus nerve. And not in a good way. Un listenable. Save your credit.

Narrator unfamiliar with pronunciation of human anatomical terms

I’m sorry I bought this ebook. The narrator is so unfamiliar with the pronunciation of terms that I got lost in her errors. Too bad. I was looking forward to learning more about the vagus nerve. Sadly, not from this book.

extraordinary audiobook

Fantastic audiobook!!! Really great exercises in the back. I am a psychotherapist who works somatically with my clients. I have taught each of my clients the exercises and they have all (literally) had relief from it.

Not an expert. Entertainment info only. Waste ofWaste of Time

So the author is not an expert on the topic... why even write the book! This is for entertainment purposes only.

Poor Narration

The narrator spoke with poorly timed inflection and punctuation, robotic at times. She also had an extraordinary number of mispronounced words and grammatical errors.

Some good information but not worth the time.

I blame the reader.

This subject matter fascinates me, but I couldn’t get past the passionless performance of the reader. I’m still not sure it wasn’t a robot they used. I just know that - for me - if I’m going to invest dozens of hours listening to a book the voice-over artist needs to step it up. Sorry! But you’re not alone! As I write this I’m listening to ANOTHER audiobook on the same subject, and the reader is equally unlistenable. (*Not native English speaker, poor inflection, amateur mic-technique — plosives and mumbling …).

Total waste of a credit

Well this was a bizarre experience. The text written like some bad avant-garde prose reads as if it is a terrible translation. The narration who’s job you would assume is to bring a familiar sound and rhythm to an unfamiliar text
fails miserably in it’s robotic trajectory.

yuck

The narrator sounds like an automated system. Very technical book, not for general public. I write this with a high degree of medical competence: Master’s in health education and over 20 years in th medical world.

Don't waste a credit

Horrible narration, so many words were said incorrectly. This is also way to "medical". Not an easy listen, don't waste your credit.
