Great for audio-book.All you need to know about Vagus Nerve. This audio-book will surprise you, unless you're familiar with the Vagus nerve, which I haven't been. For the vagus nerve I use an essential oil mix, and this audio-book also illustrates the importance of having a good vagus nerve.

I now use "The Basic Exercise" several times a day with very apparent positive effects to reduce overall tension. Other exercises described in the audio book are helpful as well. Highly recommended.
