Is this book a joke?

The reviews make this book sound great. This may be the actual worst, most useless book I have ever read. Refund for sure.

Poorly written and poor narration

Author is writing only for those familiar with her science. Also why have a man reading this?
Several instances of poor editing.
Couldn’t even get a third through this

A must read for body workers, good for counselors

Great narrator for what could be a difficult, technical read. Part 1 is read to you, explaining how to therapeutically use the techniques in Part 2 which are given you as a PDF. Great neurological info on ASD, depression, trauma, and anxiety for a mental health therapist

Superb!!

Best book I’ve ever read in the arena of healing and hands-on therapy I never thought such a book could be so interesting and yet it appears that the central nervous system of all activities in the body and the brain in the emotions are related to the cranial sacral area and certain key functions. The fact that this book has self-help exercises so we don’t always have to go to an osteopath or cranial sacral specialist makes it exceptionally Thank you so much for this incredible book and all that it offers to balanced healing for mind body and spirit

Very auxiliary audible-must listen

Very interesting listen, although somewhat detailed with medical information. The practical applications of stimulating your vagus nerve have been very helpful.

Realistic advice provides in honest ways

I took a huge sum from this audible. It's elegantly composed, and the hypothesis is grounded in a down to earth way. The activities, all of which you can do yourself.

Very Important Therapy Tools

This is a very cool audio book. The activities are easy to follow and precise it may not fix the things it requires but would be very valuable for people nervous system issues.

Absolute useful exercises

This audio book, while I felt it was slightly rambling and too scientific for the average person like me.

Not an easy read

You need to know alot of medical terminology otherwise it might as well be in a foreign language. The exercises are all yoga poses so just buy a book on yoga it will be better value. When people try explaining they should simplify it so it actually means something to the end reader.
